Terms of Use

1. Generals
(1) Objectives
These terms and conditions of Dong Il Technology LTD.
(“Company”) specify the conditions and procedure of using all services provided by the website in compliance with the Telecommunications
Business Act and its enforcement decree.
(2) Definitions
“Users” are members and non-members who get the services provided by the website according to these terms and conditions when they are connected to the website.
“Members” are those who are registered as members by providing their personal information to the website.
They are continually provided with the information from the website, and can use the services provided by the website.
“Non-members” are those who are not registered as the members but use the services provided by the website of the Company.
(3) Effect and changes
The Terms and Conditions take effective when they are posted on the initial service screen of the website of the Company for information of the users.
The Company may change the Terms and Conditions if there is any change in the situation or operation as long as the change does not violate the Act
on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and related laws.
In this case, the changes shall be specified along with the date of application, cause of revision and contents of changes and they shall be posted
on the initial service screen of the website from 7 days prior to the application date to the date immediately prior to the application data.
The terms and conditions which are changed according to 2 above take effective in a way specified in 1 above.
(4) Rules other than terms and conditions
Any matters not specified in the terms and conditions shall follow the related laws as long as they are described in them.
2. Membership and use of services
(1) Making the service use agreement
The agreement on the use of the service on the Company’s website is made when a user applies for the use of the services,
the Company accepts the application and the User expresses his agreement on these Terms and Conditions.
If the Company accepts the user’s application for the use of the services on the website, the Company shall inform the user of the member ID and others
which the Company thinks are required.
The Company does not accept the application for use of the service in any of the followings.
  1. a. When the application is made in the name of other person.
  2. b. When the applicant does not use his own real name.
  3. c. When the application form was falsely filled in.
  4. d. When the application is made with the purpose of damaging the order or stability of the community.
(2) Use and restricted use of services
The service on the company’s website is available in 24/7, 365/a year as long as there is no problem in the operational or technical matters in the Company.
The use time of the service specified above may be restricted with the prior notice to the members if the restriction is required due to the regular checking/replacement of the information and communication system.
In case of the suspension of the service specified in 2 above, the company may give the notice to each members via email address or for unknown many members,
replace the individual notice with the posting it on the bulletin board for more than 1 week.
3. Obligations
(1) Obligations of the Company
The Company shall make the service available to the member at the date when the applicable service starts unless otherwise specified.
The Company is liable to provide the service in a continual and stable way as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
The Company shall keep the information on members confidential and shall use it for the purposes of operating the quality service and improving the service including the introduction of the Company. It shall not use it for purposes other than specified here nor assign it to any third group or entity.
(2) Obligations of member
The member is responsible for controlling his ID and password.
The member shall not allow any third person to use his ID and password.
If the member thinks that his ID or password is stolen or is used by a third party, it shall inform the Company of the fact.
The member shall comply with the matters specified in the Terms and Conditions and the related laws.
The user shall not act the followings.
- Registration of false contents in case of application or changes
- Change in the information posted on the Company’s website
- Transmission or posting of the information other than described in the Company’s website
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as Company’s website or other third party’s copyright
- Acts which would defame the prestige of the Company or a third party or inhibits its works
- Acts which disclose or post the obscene or violent message, movie, sound or information which is in violation of public order
4. Termination of service use or restriction of its use
(1) Termination of service use or restriction of its use
If a member wants to terminate the service use agreement, he shall apply for the termination of the service use agreement on the Dong Il Technology LTD.’ website.
In this case, the member shall enter his name, ID and password and use the termination menu on the website before selecting the “terminate the membership”.
If a member wants to terminate the service use agreement, the member shall enter his name, ID and password.
If he selects the “terminate the membership” on the menu of termination, the service use agreement is terminated.
If a member is put into one of the following cases, the Company may terminate the service use agreement or stop the service for a significant period without prior notice.
  1. a. if the member is in violation of public order or good tradition.
  2. b. if the member gets involved in criminal acts.
  3. c. the member uses the service with the purpose of damaging the national interest or social benefits.
  4. d. the member steals the ID and password from others.
  5. e. the member defames the other persons or gives disadvantages to them.
  6. f. the same user makes the dual registration with different ID.
  7. g. the man obstructs the sound use of the service.
  8. h. the man violates the related laws or the conditions of use specified by the Company.
(2) Procedure for lifting the restricted use of service
If the Company plans to restrict the use of service, it shall designate the cause, date and time and inform them to the member or agent using the mail or telephone.
If the Company urgently needs to stop the service, it may restrict the service without conducting the notice described above.
If the member or his agent is notified of the news on the stop of the service as described above, he may file a claim on the stop of the service.
If the cause of stopping the service is confirmed to have been removed, the Company shall immediately life the stop of the service.

(Additional provision) The terms and conditions take effective on December 1, 2020.

Information on the collection and use of personal information

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the websites on which this Policy is posted.
In addition the Policy also explains the information which is provided or collected in the course of using the applications of the Company which exist in the
websites or platforms of other company.
Through this Policy, the Company regards personal information of the users as important and inform them of the purpose and method of Company's using
the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Company for protection of those personal information.
This Policy will be effective on the 1st day of December, 2020 and, in case of modification thereof, the Company will make public notice of it
through posting it on the bulletin board of Company's website or individual notice through sending mails, fax or e-mails.

(1) Personal information items to be collected
Personal information items to be collected by the Company are as follows:

• Information provided by the users
The Company may collect the information directly provided by the users.
- Name, email address, ID, telephone number, address, national information, company information,
  encoded identification information (CI), identification information of overlapped membership (DI)
• Information collected while the users use services
Besides of information directly provided by the users, the Company may collect information in the course that the users use the service provided by the Company.
- Equipment identifier, operation system, hardware version, equipment set-up, Log data, use time, internet protocol address, cookie and web beacon

The Company uses the collected information of users for the following purposes:
- Member management and identification
- Improvement of existing services and development of new services
- To help you connect with other users you already know and, with your permission, allow other users to connect with you
- To make statistics on member’s service usage, to provide services and place advertisements based on statistical characteristics
- The Company agrees that it will obtain consent from the users, if the Company desires to use the information other than those expressly stated in this Policy.
3. Sharing collected information
Except for the following cases, the Company will not share personal information with a 3rd party:
• when the Company shares the information with its affiliates, partners and service providers
• when the users consent the sharing in advance
• when the sharing is required by the laws
   - if required to be disclosed by the laws and regulations; or
   - if required to be disclosed by the investigative agencies for detecting crimes in accordance with the procedure and method as prescribed in the laws and regulations
4. Cookies, Beacons and Similar Technologies
The Company may collect collective and impersonal information through 'cookies' or 'web beacons'.
Cookies are very small text files to be sent to the browser of the users by the server used for operation of the websites of the Company
and will be stored in hard-disks of the users' computer.Web beacon is a small quantity of code which exists on the websites and e-mails.
By using web beacons, we may know whether a user has interacted with certain webs or the contents of email.
These functions are used for evaluating, improving services and setting-up users' experiences so that much improved services can be provided by the Company to the users.
The items of cookies to be collected by the Company and the purpose of such collection are as follows:

    This cookie is a kind of indispensable cookie for the users to use the functions of website of the Company.
    Unless the users allow this cookie, the services such as shopping cart or electronic bill payment cannot be provided.
    This cookie does not collect any information which may be used for marketing or memorizing the sites visited by the users

    This cookie collects information how the users use the website of the Company such as the information of the pages which are visited by the users most.
    This data helps the Company to optimize its website so that the users can search that website more comfortably.

    This cookie is used for memorizing the set-ups so that the Company provides services and improves visit of users.

5. Users' right to access and option
The users or their legal representatives, as main agents of the information, may exercise the following options regarding the collection, use and sharing of personal information by the Company:

• request the withdrawal of their consent provided before

the Company will take measures without delay: Provided that the Company may reject the request of you only to the extent that there exists either proper cause as
prescribed in the laws or equivalent cause.
6. Modification of Privacy Protection Policy
The Company has the right to amend or modify this Policy from time to time and, in such case, the Company will make a public notice of it through bulletin board of its
website (or through individual notice such as written document, fax or e-mail) and obtain consent from the users if required by relevant laws.
7. 3rd party's sites and services
The website, product or service of the Company may include the links to the ones of a 3rd party and the privacy protection policy of the site of 3rd party may be different.
Thus, it is required for the users to check additionally that policy of a 3rd party site linked to the site of the Company.
8. Period for retention and use of personal information
In principle, the Company destructs personal information of users without delay when: the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved the legal
or management needs are satisfied or users request: Provided that, if it is required to retain the information by relevant laws and regulations,
the Company will retain member information for certain period as designated by relevant laws and regulations.
The information to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations are as follows:

• Record on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Record on consumer complaint or dispute treatment: 3 years (The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Record on collection/process, and use of credit information: 3 years (The Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information)
• Record on sign/advertisement: 6 months(The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Log record of users such as internet/data detecting the place of user connection: 3 months(The Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
• Other data for checking communication facts: 12 months (The Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
